Our Mission

To focus on partnering with HBCUs as well as other small colleges in the Carolinas that have historically been underserved by vendors serving the college / university market. To serve those students with excellent products and service at prices less than what is available anywhere in the market today.

  • Local representation: A representative from our company will be located within 15 miles of your campus. Our local representative will meet with housing officials regularly to discuss any changes or problems with the program.

  • Student representative: Upon arrival at the school, we would look to hire a student to assist in all aspects of the program, to both learn and direct us to make all aspects smooth. He/she would also be a point of reference for students to reach out to if any situation arises.

Our Leadership and Team

Chond Ingram: Owner

Chond started as a Warehouse Manager in 2019. He quickly proved himself as a valued asset of our team. He was promoted to Head of Logistics and Rental Programs, and in 2025 he purchased the company from Robert Yeager. His vision is to serve small schools and HBCUs in the southeast that he sees as being underserved in the past.
